For every 100 tachograph charts we visually hand analyse on your behalf :
WE WILL ANALYSE DIGITAL PAPER PRINT OUTS FOR 1 VEHICLE COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.
Each driver will receive an easy to understand infringement report and the advice needed to remedy any faults with a facility for the driver to sign and date the report either by hard copy or electronically.
Submit to you a Confidential Report on each individual driver who requires instruction and advise you of any necessary remedial action.
We will not bore you with the technical stuff but ensure there is always somebody on hand to clarify driver reports and advise you on any concerns you may have relating to any infringements.
We are aware that each Operator has their own way of working and we will offer a package to suit those needs.
Infringement reports are laid out in simple language and advice given in an attempt to help the driver refrain from repeating his or her mistakes. Each driver is treated as an individual and reports are tailored to their specific needs.
The intention is to help keep your operation running legally, avoiding prosecution and thus protecting your Operators licence. Our emphasis is on the Drivers Hours Rules and Missing mileage from and in between your charts. We do not offer fleet data statistics, fuel consumption costs per mile etc.
As you are probably aware, the regulations require an Operator to make periodic checks to ensure their drivers are complying with the law and if they are not, then steps need to be taken to prevent future transgressions.
Please remember, if you never check your charts or have little knowledge of how to, you will not know if your drivers are intentionally or unintentionally breaking the law. If drivers are 'fiddling' charts to cover up unaccounted for mileage, it could be costing you large amounts of money unnecessarily in fuel.
